Introductory Workshop for Westchester County Service Providers – May 29 & 30

This two-day program will be taught by BREATH-BODY-MIND™ originators and internationally acclaimed experts, Dr. Richard Brown and Dr. Patricia Gerbarg.  This program is intended for Westchester County healthcare providers and health educators working with adults, families and children – including social workers, childcare and early intervention providers, and librarians. 

Learn evidence-based gentle breath and movement techniques to relieve stress and improve mood,  empathy, mental focus, resilience, and performance. Benefits have been enjoyed by thousands of adults and children worldwide, including healthcare professionals and individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, cancer, and other  medical conditions.

Teacher Training for Westchester County Service Providers – Three part program: June 19-20, July 10-11, and July 31 & August 1.

A 36 hour BREATH-BODY-MIND™ Level 1 Teacher Training will take in three parts..  Attendance at ball three sessions is required , as well as participation in three one-hour practice sessions held between the sessions.  This program will be taught by BREATH-BODY-MIND™ founders, and internationally acclaimed experts, Dr. Richard Brown and Dr. Patricia Gerbarg. 

The training is intended for those who have participated in an Introductory Workshop and seek to bring their BBM practice into their organizations and communities.
