As of right now, there are few in-home vaccination service.
You can ask your health plan, health care provider, or medical group.
Some plans, providers, and medical groups may be able to help you schedule an in-home vaccination, but there is no official information about availability or eligibility.
Alternatively, you can check with Visiting Nurse Services of Westchester through their website or helpline (914-682-1480) to see if they can help you with in-home vaccination.
Some towns and cities (Yonkers, Mt. Vernon) are doing in-home vaccination on a building-by-building basis.
These services are limited, and the main way to find out about them is to call the NY State COVID-19 vaccine hotline.
- Call the NYS COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline at 1-833-697-4829 (the hotline is open from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week).
- They will ask you some questions to confirm you are eligible for the vaccine.
- They will then work with you to schedule an appointment.

No insurance, financial or other personal information will be asked.
A healthcare professional vaccinator will be scheduled to come to the home. They are currently using Moderna. The second appointment will be scheduled by the vaccinator.
