NY Limits Smart phones in Schools: Students going to school in New York will have a different experience come this fall, thanks to a new “Bell to Bell” policy agreed upon in the ’25-’26 budget. Schools will have flexibility re implementation and receive some state funding to help.  Schools will be required to provide a way for parents to contact their children during the school day.
